First of all, how genius this is?
I came across to Elvira's wearable illustrations when I was looking for new designers, she is a recent fashion graduate from Amsterdam her collection is about translating her 2D sketches into wearable garments. She actually makes her sketches the pattern using laser cuts. Organic yet very modern combination, for instance I would love to own that jacket, top and dress. For more information visit her website: www.elvirathart.com
very nice! I'm gonna check it out her website! nice! i haven't heard of her! Nice tip!!!

ReplyDeleteThese are incredible! I wasn't sure whether they were real or not at first, it's so refreshing to see true "design" on a fashion blog than just regurgitated trendy stuff! ♥ Claire @ Jazzpad

As soon as I saw the first picture I was like wow!! I love the idea of wearable. I know fashion is often referred to as a form of art, but this takes it to a literal form and I think it is fantastic. Great find, thank you for sharing. Hollie x
