was 1994; I was 12 years old and I was in my blue room scare of the
world outside but I was shaking my head to the sound of these songs,
sitting in my bed flipping through magazines and feeling safe there.
I
love this playlist because every time I listen to this songs takes me
there, those days with my friends listening to Kurt Cobain and his powerful lyrics. I have a
lot of great memories! I will listen to this all weekend feeling like a
12 year old again. Music is truly the motor of my soul.

ReplyDeletetotal fun! :) i saw stone temple pilots in 2008 or 2009. very good. in the book scar tissue, anthony kiedis explains that the song "give it away" is inspired by this woman who gave him one of her prized articles of clothing. i think it was a jacket. she got joy out of giving things she loved to others.

WOW! I love this post...I'm was a big fan of this moviment:GRUNGE! Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Alice In Chains, Stone Temple Pilots, Soundgarden...was so important for me. I have a lot of great memories too! This playlist is so cool:)))))
