What I'm Wearing: ZARA Jeans+Dorothy Perkins Shoes+H&M Blazer+Vintage Tie+Sunnies from my shop.
As I'm writing this I'm feeling sick! I drunk far to much Vino last night. I don't normally drink during the week but yesterday I went to an art exhibition in a Pub! haha The exhibition was from one of my husband friends son. He is only 13 and some of his pieces where really good! I think is important that from a young age kids focus in what they are passionate. I admire people that from a really young age know what the want to be and focus and fight for their dream no mater what everybody says.
The good thing about drunken nights on Monday is also that I was offer a job (Social media for a Boutique) that I can do from home which is good! I love my little studio at home :) So yeah! So with the freelance work I do, shop and son I will be very busy but I'm so happy! :D Pub Networking is always the best! Innit?
Espanol:
Hola!

ReplyDeleteAh! Congrats! I totally agree, all the best opportunities seem to come about from social events & just getting talking to people! It's great that at 13 he had his own little exhibition, it's so important to encourage kids at that kind of age I think. I know it made a big impression on me at that age being encouraged to do what I loved.
ReplyDeleteI love the way you do these androgynous, masculine tailoring kind of looks, it suits you perfectly! The blazer is such a gorgeous colour & those sunnies are so cool! Just had a browse of the shop too & I'm totally loving it, you've got some great pieces!

ReplyDeletecongrats on your happy news! i like your play on words title with "honey i'm home," since you'll be working from home. very clever. your outfit is also menswear inspired, right? i agree that it's nice when anyone knows & follows their passion. how wonderful that your husband's friend's son has found that. :)
ReplyDeleteJeebus, you look like Bianca Jagger. This look is fab, I'm always afraid of wearing ties because I'm worried I'll look like a waitress from the 90s....but maybe thats how I want to look.
