I have always been a big fan of Patti Smith, she was the pioneer of the androgynous look, I like her music, her poems and her life story. I recently had the opportunity to read "Just Kids" and I loved it! The story of Patti Smith and one of the most important American photographers Robert Mapplethorpe. So fascinating how they meet in New York, how they became best friends right to the end and talks about the 70's, music, art and fashion and The Chelsea Hotel in New York. A positive book about love and following who you are. I strongly recommend the book.
loved this look, the color of the pants is terrific and so are the suspenders!
ReplyDeleteyou look a bit like her, you know? :)
