So this was the look for a lovely sunny day with some clouds in between. I love the sunflowers print of this dress from Sugarhill Boutique. But because Isn't that warm yet I added this gorgeous top from H&M that has gorgeous print too. Perhaps you can't see it in the photos but they are rabbits. I think in photo 2 you can see millions of rabbits all hanging out in my shirt! Also you know I love the boot/sock factor and this super cute sunnies I bought in a market in Brighton. Is beautiful today I have a lot of work to do but perhaps I will sneak out for a capuccino by the sea. Laters.

the cloud in the first pic looks like a..mushroom!
ReplyDeleteThe mix of prints looks very good. Its very nice for editorials and pictures I am just afraid to wear it... I am a fan of the basics, I've realized since I moved to the beach that my wardrobe is full of black and white pieces.. Boring boring boring.
ReplyDeleteLove the pictures,! Tomorrow is spring's first day! How far do u live from Cambridge?

I'm so jealous of how you mix prints so amazingly! The dress is so cute, makes me long for my own sunflower dress!
ReplyDeleteCarmen Ri.
I loove how you mix prints and don't look like something not right! haha, love the bunnies! xx
ReplyDeleteAlice Barton ♥ The Mow Way
Love this so much! The dress is beautiful and the two clashing prints compliment each other so well xx
ReplyDeleteThis dress is gorgeous, so summery! xx
ReplyDeleteThe rabbit print shirt is so cool! I haven't noticed it and it's the best part of this original ensemble. And the sunflower dress is perfect to channel the Van Gogh celebration of the Rodarte's SS collection.
ReplyDeleteohh, the sunnies really made the outfit.
ReplyDeleteI admire the mixture of prints as well. just loving the whole thing.
- and I was just wondering if you could recommend some cool shops for me over in london?
What kind of shops? If you like Vintage Bricklane is the place, you will find shops like Beyond retro, Rokit, Absolut Vintage..
DeleteI'm coming to London in under two weeks, looking for both vintage shops and other independent stores.
Deleteso yeah, thank you :)
So that is the best area it has cafes, bars, vintage, independent shops, high street.. Hope you have a good time :)
DeleteSo jealous right now, I'm in love with that dress but totally cant afford it right now! You look amazing in it! xx
ReplyDeleteI really love the mixing of those two fabrics <3 lovely look, and those sunglasses are amazing! xx

Oh I love how you mixed the patterns in this outfit. Looks great and very fun and cheerful. I also love the socks and bootie look ... Looks good and feels very comfortable, right? You are so lucky to be able to casually just go and have a coffee by the sea!

ReplyDeleteThank you Hannah. I'm a freelance web designer and ocational photographer and stylist :)
DeleteAwesome you are multi-talented! x
DeleteCooote, lil' summer dress, your look made me think of a clip from a 90's movie- maybe Reality Bites- or some other 90's film where a bunch of 20 somethings sit around drinking coffee, smoking and making lots of witty and 'deep' comments about life! x
ReplyDeleteYep! I know the movie, with Winona Ryder Right?
DeleteThat's right! With 90's Winona- which for me is the best Winona! Her outfits in that movie were so WTF, but I love them as they really mark/define an era... I can see the other actress in that movie, Jeneane Garofalo, wearing your outfit...
DeleteI agree! I love Winona in the 90's :)
DeleteThis outfit is beyond perfection! I love the print clash and the sunflowers are so cute and perfect for spring.. Your glasses are amazing and this post has definitely persuaded me into purchasing a similar pair off Topshop..
