Yes it's everywhere!Blogs, magazines.. The pastel trend is sooo in for spring! These are some of my favourite pastel looks from the runways: House of Holland, Phillip Lim and Preen. How do you feel about this trend? Do you like it? Does this trend suits your personal style or you rather ignore it because you refuse to look like cotton candy or baby pony? Well I have to said that I do like this trend in fact I love it! Why I love it? Because I can adapt it to my personal style and I prefer more this trend than the bold colour block trend last year.

ReplyDeleteI really love this trend. You do pastels like a pro, haha. I love the pops of pastel in each outfit, especially the last outfit!

Okay, now I know why I hung onto my one pastel colored shirt! I have always worn it with black. Love all the looks you have shown, particularly the one with the polka dots.

I am not a color pastel lover on me but since I started blogging I always want to try something new, I would like to incorporate it in my outfis and make it very personal, I guess blogging is making me evolve in my look, it seems I like challenging myself always more and more !
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing !

You look so great in all of your photos! I especially like the third outfit, the pastel shirt definitely gives a softer feeling to your otherwise edgy outfit. And it has a super cool collar!!

Pastels are beautiful, spring is the perfect time to experiment with it. But must say, the pastel trend is still colour-blocking. The only difference is that now they are with...pastels.
ReplyDeletemy little pony!
ReplyDeletei love the shorts in that second picture of you.
i wasn't a fan of bright color blocking, but full pastel patterned outfits... i'm all about that!

ReplyDeleteI absolutely love the pastel trend. I don't think I've worn pastel colors since the nineties. I'm really excited to mix it into my wardrobe.
ReplyDeleteYou have a great style! fun post! love the options. leather jackets go great with everything. peace

I was looking forward to see you do a post on pastells, u did it so well, I just love all the combinations... I cannot wait to go for it =)
ReplyDeleteI love house of holland, but since always i'm a huge fan of 3.1 Phillip Lim! I think the pastels are going to get sweeter my clothes with personnality this summer! I love it! :)
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you, I love this trend and prefer it so much more to the bold colour that was around last year. I love the idea of teaming one pastel item with black and leather but think in the spring I might try full on pastel. Love this post. xx
ReplyDeletewow your outfits are AMAZING!
ReplyDeletei'm so glad i found your blog, it's such an inspiration!

First of all, I looove your lil' pony and her comments. Ok. Pastels. To be honest I am not a fan of this trend and prefer the bold colour trend much, much more. That's because j'adore strong, statement colour and prints. Buuuuut everynow again a sherbet yellow, rose pink, mint green ensemble cant hurt...I like how you have mixed 'hard' and 'soft' by mixing romantic colours with tougher textures like leather, so you look less Sandra Dee and more Rizo! X
ReplyDeletei like it both ways..but full pastel is out of my comfort zone for me:/
ReplyDeleteThanks for share of nice information about This.I never seen such type of informationWatch Live TV
