Le Petit Prince

I think the little prince was the first book I read, is one of those books that every child and adult should read! 
It is such a simple book yet full of metaphors for life...Was really good fun doing this post running around my flat with my crown!lol

My favourite lines from the book:

"Here is my secret. It is very simple: It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye"

"Men have forgotten this truth," said the fox. "But you must not forget it. You become responsible, forever, for what you have tamed." 

"Where are the people?" resumed the little prince at last. "It's a little lonely in the desert..."
"It is lonely when you're among people, too," said the snake.
